Digital Media Assistant

Job description

PPK is looking for a Digital Assistant. Candidate is a self-motivated, team player, who is able to generate ideas and exercise good judgment. He or she should be flexible, resourceful, and have strong organizational/time management skills with a strong desire to grow technically.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on desktop and mobile display, rich media and video campaigns
  • Upload creative and traffic tags in the third-party ad server
  • Make strategic recommendations on targeting, budget allocation and performance tracking
  • Manage budget allocations ensure campaigns are pacing effectively
  • Prepare, present and interpret statistical and graphic reports for both technical and non-technical audience
  • Continuously research new digital advertising products and identify opportunities for the clients
  • Build close and productive relationships with clients and vendors 

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Non-Technical Skills

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task

 Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism and/or Public Relations
