Billing Coordinator

PPK is seeking a self-motivated, communicative, and organized Billing Coordinator to collect and maintain a record of vendor invoices, acting as a liaison between the Media and Accounting departments.


  • Collect, assemble, and verify batches of media invoices for delivery to Accounting on a monthly basis
  • Communicate interdepartmentally to ensure all invoices are reconciled and ready to deliver by client due dates
  • Maintain a thorough record of invoices and payments in a reconciliation sheet in tandem with the physical batches
  • Consult internal client flowchart to ensure all purchased media has been invoiced each month
  • Communicate with vendors to request missing invoices and answer payment status requests
  • Job budget tracking and client-media budget reconciliation
  • Create client media spend reports and assist with quarterly sales analysis
  • Maintain updated records of following vendor information: billing point of contact W-9
  • Assist with ad hoc projects or requests from client


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or business preferred
  • 0-2 years of accounts payable/billing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mastery of Excel
  • Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis in problem solving and analysis
  • Proven success with multi-tasking, schedules, and meeting hard deadlines
  • Experience with media invoicing/accounting software: STRATA/SBMS preferred
  • Experience in Tableau preferred
