Marketing Specialist

Job Duties:
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
• Seek and provide information to help PPK determine its position in the marketplace.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
• Assist in identifying target markets and competition through extensive research.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
• Design, build and maintain PPK’s and its clients social media presence (website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of PPK services.
• Conduct research marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals as well as other departments within the company.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
• Plan manage and conduct photo and video shoots. Edit and color grade footage, retouch images and work with sound.
• Use visual effects and motion graphics software, specifically adobe after effects, to create animations, special effects and videos for advertising campaigns.
• Utilize web development tool Adobe Dreamweaver, along with programming languages like HTML, CSS and Java Script, and content management solutions, including WordPress and Squarespace, to develop and implement web pages.

Work Schedule:
• Number of hours per week: 40 per week
• Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m. (1hr unpaid lunch)

Education:
U.S. Master of Science in Marketing

Experience:
• 9 months of experience in the job offered or as a Production Manager.
Experience to include:
• Plan, manage and conduct photo and video shoots. Edit and color grade footage, retouch images and work with sound.
• Use visual effects and motion graphics software, specifically Adobe After Effects, to create animations, special effects and videos for advertising campaigns.
• Utilize web development tool Adobe Dreamweaver, along with programming languages like HTML, CSS, and Java Script, and content management solutions, including WordPress and Squarespace, to develop and implement web pages.
